- Please fill the order form on this page and upload your prescription.
- You can use the Other Requirements text box to specify your product requirements that are not on the prescription.
- We will contact you promptly to discuss your prescription, quantity, special delivery requirement, pricing and payment.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email / and or SMS with a link to make your payment. Pay via Credit / Debit cards, Net Banking, e-Wallets.
